Por lo menos tres equipos están "compitiendo activamente" por Albert Pujols, de acuerdo con Tim Brown de Yahoo! Deportes.

Los Cardenales han reanudado las negociaciones con Pujols, mientras que los Marlins habrían hecho una oferta de nueve años que estaba "muy, pero muy por debajo de" $ 200 millones.

Brown no sabe cuál es  el tercer equipo, pero se imagina que podría ser los Cachorros o  Rangers. 

Joe Strauss, del St. Louis Post-Dispatch, informó el jueves que tres equipos están en contacto con el agente de Pujols, Dan Lozano,  y hasta seis equipos se consideran potenciales para el futuro miembro del Salón de la Fama.

According to Tim Brown of Yahoo! Sports, at least three teams are "actively jockeying" for Albert Pujols.

The Cardinals have resumed negotiations with Pujols while the Marlins have reportedly made a nine-year offer that was "well, well below" $200 million. Brown doesn't have the identity of the third team -- it's mystery team season -- but guesses that it could be the Cubs or Rangers. Joe Strauss of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported early Thursday that three teams contacted Pujols' agent, Dan Lozano, within 24 hours of the start of the free-agent period, and as many as six teams are "thought to consider themselves" potential players for the future Hall of Famer.
